Great Gatsby Reading blog #2

I believe the purpose of meyer wolfsheim is to give us a hint based on meyer's criminal background that Gatsby is possibly in illegal business and ultimately is. he kind of makes us see Gatsby in a different light that he might actually be bad and a criminal.
The Backstory of Jay and Daisy's past i believes makes us feel kind of sorry for Gatsby, and realize how sad he is and how everything goes together about All the relationships in the story.
The rest of the story the real story of Gatsby's past changes my impression of his motives and makes him seem like he lied a lot which he did but I don't look down on him because he did it for a noble cause andfor love and just wanted t be successful and get back Daisy.
Over these three chapters I like Gatsby more because he was an uderdog and kinf of a rags to riches story and witht the insight on his and Daisy's relationship makes me root for him even more for his cause.
